Terms of Service for Nianhuihi

Welcome to Nianhuihi, a resource for accounting guidance tailored to startups and entrepreneurs. By accessing or using any content on nianhuihi.com, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
Nianhuihi offers professional services in record keeping, reporting alignment, bookkeeping system setup and related guidance (collectively called 'Services'). Specific terms, timing and fees for individual Services will be detailed in your engagement confirmation.
Scheduling and Changes: Clients may adjust session times by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time by visiting the link below. If a change request meets this deadline, one rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge. Late requests or no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling.
2. Refund Policy for Services
If Nianhuihi cancels a confirmed session, we will process a full refund within seven days. Clients who cancel at least 48 hours before a session may request a full refund, processed within seven days of approval. Sessions canceled within 48 hours of start time or unattended by the client are nonrefundable, due to reserved availability.
Certain personalized advisory packages require preparatory work and are nonrefundable; such terms will be clearly noted before purchase.
3. Digital Guides and Info Products
Digital items like downloadable guides, templates and webinar recordings (collectively 'Info Products') are available immediately after purchase. If you encounter any access issues, please contact us. Refunds for Info Products are permitted within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Info Products are not eligible for scheduling changes or deferral.
4. Physical Workbooks and Materials
Printed materials, workbooks and shipped items (collectively 'Goods') may be replaced or refunded if damaged or defective. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. A fee may apply for shipping the item back to us if the defect cannot be documented via photo or video.
5. Fees and Billing
All fees will be invoiced and are due as specified in your engagement details. Clients are responsible for applicable surcharges imposed by providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nianhuihi provides guidance for record keeping and reporting alignment. Our liability for any claim related to Services, Info Products or Goods is limited to the amount paid by you for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting revisions at nianhuihi.com. Continued use of our site or Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
